There is no one size fits all approach to healing
Hi, I’m Raelyn.
My journey into holistic healing began over two decades ago after experiencing profound relief from chronic physical and emotional pain through energy healing and bodywork. That experience changed my life and so began my dedication to years of education, practice and creation of my work to helping others find relief, regulation, and restoration in their own bodies.
About Me- I am a trauma-informed holistic practitioner and the founder of New Moon Holistic Therapies. My work is rooted in professional training, compassionate presence, and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of the person in front of me.
Nervous System–Centered Healing- At the core of my practice is nervous system regulation. When the nervous system is overwhelmed by stress, trauma, or long-term tension, the body can become stuck in survival mode. This often shows up as chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty relaxing and sleeping.
Through gentle, supportive techniques, I help guide the nervous system into a state of safety and balance—often referred to as a nervous system reset. When the body feels safe, it can release held tension, process stored stress, and shift into deep rest and repair.
My Approach- My training in modalities such as nervous system regulation, lymphatic therapy, myofascial emotional release, spinal-based therapies, PEMF, and energy work allows me to customize each session to what your body is ready for. Whether you prefer hands-on, hands-off, or technology-based support, sessions are always gentle, respectful, and guided by your comfort level.
I specialize in working with clients who are in pain, feel overwhelmed, sensitive, burnt out, or disconnected from their bodies, offering a calm, grounded space where healing can unfold naturally.
My Philosophy- Healing is not about forcing change—it’s about creating the conditions where the body can safely do what it already knows how to do. My role is to support, guide, and hold space as your system begins to regulate, release, and restore itself.
Work with me to support your healing journey-mind, body, and soul. Are you ready to feel better? I am here for you, let’s begin……..
About Energy Work
Sound Healing
Sound healing is the practice of using vibrational frequencies to heal the body on a cellular level. Sound healing works in the framework that all matter vibrates at a specific frequency, and that dis-ease, depression, anxiety, stress, or heavy energy, causes humans to vibrate at a lower frequency.
Also known as vibrational medicine, the practice utilizes the human voice as well as objects that resonate- singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums- to go beyond relaxation and stimulate healing.
Crystal Healing
A crystal is a solid structure, and it’s composed of repeated, symmetrical structures that make up the crystal on a molecular level—we call that the crystal lattice. So crystals are purely themselves, in that sense. The lattice structure is usually just one mineral. For example, quartz is purely silicon dioxide—that’s it. Its chemical purity, combined with a crystalline lattice structure, allows the crystal to carry a higher, energetic frequency. Crystals are the vehicle by which we experience these high frequencies and energies. crystals’ frequencies directly correlate to certain chakras, making crystal healing an extremely useful healing method.
The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. The practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain.
Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
Mikao Usui developed Usui Reiki Ryoho, the most current form of Reiki, in 1922. However, people have practiced Reiki for about 2,500 years. People also refer to Reiki as palm healing or hands-on healing.
